meet our TEAM

Established in 2010, Fox Valley Construction is a locally-owned, family business.

Jon Fox

OWNER

You might say Jon Fox was born into the business. With his family having been involved in Oregon’s construction and real estate business for generations, it was a natural career path for him to take.

During his younger years, Jon spent time as the maintenance man for his father’s many rental properties and learned the trades working for the family construction business. After graduating from Oregon State University with a degree Mechanical Engineering, Jon worked as an industrial production engineer optimizing and developing complex processes and systems.

After “doing his time” in engineering, he struck out on his own and started his own construction firm. His engineering background and education paired with construction know-how help him to see the full scope of the project and problem solve when needed to build a solid structure.

Jon enjoys helping others too. He has taken mission trips to Africa to work on construction projects.

And isn’t working hard on other people’s projects, he can often be found outdoors snowmobiling, backpacking, hiking, hunting, or camping.

Josiah Rydmark

PROJECT MANAGER

Josiah Rydmark has worked with Fox Valley Construction since 2011. He takes pride in his craftsmanship and is valued for his hard-working, detail-oriented nature. As our Project Manager, Josiah works with clients and subcontractors to ensure each project stays on track – both with time and budget.

Always looking to give back, Josiah has had the opportunity to go on several mission trips to Mexico to assist with a variety of construction projects. In his spare time, he likes spending time with his wife and four children, woodworking and hiking.

Breanna Fox

BUSINESS MANAGER

One could say Breanna Fox keeps the Fox Valley Construction ship afloat as she is instrumental in handling the business-side of the company. Prior to working with Jon, her husband, Breanna attended Carrington College and received a Veterinary Assisting certificate and a degree in phlebotomy.

Philanthropy is in Breanna’s nature and she has helped on several construction mission trips to Mexico as well as orphanage and medical clinic missions to Africa. When she’s not working, Breanna enjoys gardening, backpacking, running her small chicken farm, playing soccer and spending time with family.
