Aurora Colony Vineyards is a family-owned winery that has a tasting room and multiple venues where they host weddings, parties, concerts, and other special events.

Project Goals

Aurora Colony Vineyards had a small chapel/meeting hall on the grounds that primarily hosted weddings with 100 or fewer guests. They wanted to expand the chapel to create a reception hall that could seat 300+ guests. Plans were created and Fox Valley Construction served as the general contractor and oversaw the building of the expansion. This included the construction of the new building and covered outdoor patio, all permitting, sprinkler system and utilities installation, and accessibility features.

We also worked with Aurora Colony Vineyards to expand their tasting room’s kitchen and add a second bathroom facility.

We also enjoyed helping in the design for the final touches of paint colors, finishes and fixtures.
